Asymmetrical Songea Sapphire Flower Earrings

This design features sterling silver hand-sawed flowers and dainty orange songea sapphires with blue inclusions. The sapphires are set in fine silver bezel. Each flower is just over 1/2” long and each earring weighs approximately 1.5 grams.

All jewelry handmade with love at my in-home workbench. Imperfections are part of the handmade process and add to the rustic effect.

Silver care:

The best way to prevent tarnish is with regular wear and storing your pieces in an air tight container out of direct sunlight. Avoid bathing, exercising, and swimming in your silver. Avoid spraying perfume or other scented lotions onto your jewelry.

A sunshine cloth or other silver polishing cloth can be used to keep your sterling silver looking fresh after natural oxidization occurs!
